The GPP Code is an integral part of all purchase orders, supply contracts and is being integrated into all our commercial agreements. The GPP Code is implemented in each market and business and is applicable to all suppliers.
We represent a global market place for reputable Seller’s/ Supplier’s mandate’s who can reliably and consistently supply high quality commodities on request. We have a global, cross-functional team of dedicated trade professionals with experience in marketing, regulation, structuring, risk management, and compliance.

GLOBAL PETROLEUM PARTNERSworks with a number of suppliers who all operate to the highest standards and in accordance with internationally accepted protocols. GPP only sells its products to a select group of traders and screens all its buyers extensively and stringently before offering or accepting orders. This is done to ensure our resources are directed only at genuine and Qualified Buyers as well as protecting the interests of our suppliers, bankers, investors and advisors from incapable buyers or fraudulent transactions.
We use only the safest procedures to make our trade negotiations successful and profitable, For our trade rules we always apply UCP 600 Banking Rules, Incoterms 2010 Delivery rules, URC 522 Collection Rules and URPIB Intermediary protocol.

Successful supplier candidates for GPP should demonstrate the following qualities:
- Competitive and “value added” capabilities
- An understanding of GPP’s business
- Ability to comply with insurance requirements
- Quality procedures and processes, ISO, or others appropriate to the industry
- High ethical standards

We anticipate that all suppliers will honourGPP Code of Business Conduct and demonstrate compliance with all laws and regulations.

Our contractors and suppliers are required to be compliant with our policies in order to fulfill contractual obligations and to gain a better understanding of our goals and expectations. Current or prospective contractors or suppliers should familiarize themselves with these policies.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the online supplier registration does not guarantee that your company will receive RFQs or POs/Subcontracts from GPP nor does it confer “Approved” status as a GPP supplier.
