Price: Discount ___ USD/MT, –> The arithmetic average price per each delivered metric ton CIF ASWP is calculated as the high and low quotations for the three (3) consecutive quotations around the B/L date for Gas Oil as published per Platt’s European Marketscan
Delivery: The delivery of the Product is guaranteed by SELLER CIF to ASWP (Buyer’s option) including freight and insurance.
Payment: Irrevocable Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit issued by Top 25 World Bank, payable 100% at sight at Seller’s Bank against Full Set of Shipping Documents And Certificate of Inspection for Quantity issued by SGS and/or Equivalent.
Refinery Obligation: Gas Oil in the LOI prior to issuance of Sales and Purchase Agreement.
PB: Seller issues a FULL OPERATIVE 2% Performance Bond.
Inspections: Quality & Quantity by SGS or Equivalent at Seller s cost at Port of Loading.
